Our project

Development of an integrated software solution for organisers to plan and run events efficiently. It is financed by the ticket buyer through a system-related fee and, unlike established systems, can offer organisers further innovative add-on functions (such as cashless) on a modular and cost-effective basis. In addition to easing the financial burden on organisers, tickee flex will offer state-of-the-art functions that optimise the entire ticket sales process and event management.

Project objectives

With this project, tickee GmbH aims to give organisers an integrated software solution that noticeably simplifies the planning and running of events. Specifically:

• Ease the financial burden on organisers: use is financed through a system-related fee paid by the ticket buyer, rather than through costs the organiser has to bear upfront.
• Bring ticketing, cashless payment and access control together in one end-to-end solution, instead of handling them through separate systems.
• Make add-on functions available on a modular and cost-effective basis, so that smaller events can also use functions that have so far been reserved for established large systems.
• Optimise the entire process from ticket sales to event management.

Expected results

The result of the project is tickee flex, a modular platform for organisers. The following are expected:

• A ready-to-use, integrated software solution for ticket sales and event management.
• Add-on functions that can be booked as modules, including for cashless payment.
• A pricing model that relieves organisers of upfront costs.
• A competitive offering from Schleswig-Holstein that opens up access to modern event technology for organisers of all sizes.
