TSE-compliant under the KassenSichV
Every transaction is secured by a TSE, the technical security device required by German law (KassenSichV). The TSE clients are included in the base package, so you are on the safe side if the tax office carries out a cash register inspection (Kassennachschau).

Guests buy their ticket on site themselves at the terminal and pay by card. Your box office has more breathing room during the evening peak, and your staff take care of questions.

Who can go where?
Create areas such as backstage, VIP or crew in the Organiser and unlock them for individual ticket types. At the entrance to the area, your team checks the wristband in the zone mode of the tickee app: green means in, red means not authorised.
